WHY AREN’T YOU GETTING REFERRALS FROM YOUR NETWORK?
1. Not giving referrals
2. Your systems let you down
3. You did not stay connected
NETWORKING IS BASED ON
1. Giving without expectation, give the referral and forget your gave it. Your return will come
2. An abundance mentality. The more your give the more you get
3. The universal order of reciprocity - if you give it out it will come back to you
4. Make a heart to heart connection with your network. Listen with your ears and not just your heart with quality not quantity of conversations

TIP vague comment to a job
LEAD specific details with more information but no actual connection
REFERRAL detailed information connecting two people with contact details and creating a trilogy of trust with the trust being passed from the referrer to the referee.
SO WHAT DO YOU DO?
1. Look for people whom you trust and can refer to
2. You need to give your referrers feedback
3. In regards to all things none less referrals, ENERGY FOLLOWS THOUGHT
4. AIM : try to give one referral a day, in your work or personal life
